Lemon Cheese Ball

Lemonade mix flavors this sweet cheese ball making a very refreshing snack for a spring or summer get-together.

Yield

1 cheese ball (2 cups/16 servings)

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 tablespoon powdered lemonade mix
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and lemonade mix using an electric mixer. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

When the mixture is completely chilled, shape into a ball and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Serve on a platter with mini graham crackers or your favorite crackers.
