Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Spread

Serve this delicious spread with crackers, or spread it on bread for a tasty sandwich.

1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced roasted red bell peppers*
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


Blend the shredded cheese with the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir in the roasted peppers and the Worcestershire sauce and blend thoroughly. Cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
