Red Pepper Cheese Dip

Treat your friends and family to this delicious dip. Made with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers and chives — perfect for parties or game day.

16 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 19 crackers each)

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container PHILADELPHIA Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen chives
snack crackers

Directions

Mix cheeses, red peppers and chives until well blended; cover.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve as a dip with crackers.
