Harvest Pumpkin Dip

If you love pumpkin pie but don't want to bother with making the crust, this creamy dip will give you that same great flavor without the fuss.

Yield

3 1/2 cups (28 servings)

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
apple and pear slices

Directions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Gradually add the pumpkin, pie spice, vanilla and ginger; beat until smooth. Serve with fruit.
