Slow Cooker Pizza Dip

Take your favorite pizza toppings, including sausage, pepperoni, and cheese, and blend them into a powerhouse dip for baguette slices.


28 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 2 bread slices each)


3/4 pound bulk Italian pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped (2 ounce)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounce)
1 baguette French bread, cut into 56 thin slices


In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pepperoni, ketchup and pizza sauce.

Spray a 1 1/2 to 3 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon sausage mixture into slow cooker. Stir in cheese.

Cover; cook on LOW setting 2 to 3 hours.

Stir dip before serving. Serve with bread slices.

Additional Information

Bread, toasted and cut into triangles, can be substituted for the baguette slices.
