Fresh Garden Salsa

Fifteen minutes is all it takes to make super fresh, super delicious salsa.


8 servings


1 large tomato, finely chopped (1 cup)
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped unpeeled cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped radishes or red onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped


Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Additional Information

If you love the combination of sweet and hot, add 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, peaches or mango for a dynamite fire-and-ice fruit salsa.
