Smoked Salmon Spread II

Whip up a zippy tasting appetizer with only four ingredients and do it in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

12 ounces smoked salmon or trout, skinned and boned
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
4 teaspoons finely chopped green onions
chopped green onions or fresh herbs, if desired
crackers, cucumbers or endive leaves, if desired

Directions

Place salmon, cream cheese and horseradish in food processor. Cover and process 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Stir in green onions.

Spoon salmon mixture into serving bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions or fresh herbs. Serve with crackers or on sliced cucumbers or in Belgian endive leaves. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
