Dill Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs with a sprinkling of cheese, have farm-fresh flavor and cook in minutes.


4 servings


6 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill


In a bowl, beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet; add egg mixture. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle with cheese and dill; cook until eggs are completely set and cheese is melted.
