Mix-in-the-Pan Frittata

Most of the time required for this tasty frittata is spent in the oven; the actual prep time is a mere 10 minutes.

Ingredients

4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup milk
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Ham, any variety
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Grease a 2 quart baking dish.

Combine eggs, dressing and milk in prepared baking dish. Add hash browns, ham and vegetables; mix until well blended.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.

Additional Information

Add sliced green onions, jalapeno pepper slices or hot pepper sauce along with the vegetables for some added zing!
