Overnight Fruit Cup

This is so simple because it's prepared the night before, giving you time to enjoy your mornings.


15 to 20 servings


1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 (15.25 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, undrained
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup green grapes
1 firm banana, thinly sliced


In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Add orange juice concentrate; mix well. Add all of the fruit; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
