Blonde Rocky Road Brownies

A sugar cookie crust is topped with melted caramels, chocolate chunks, peanuts and marshmallows then baked to gooey perfection.

Ingredients

1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
1 (14 ounce) package KRAFT Caramels
2 tablespoons water
6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 cup salted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Pres cookie dough onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute; pour over crust. Top with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Additional Information

Prepare using 1 (14 ounce) package refrigerated sliceable peanut butter cookies, if desired.

You can substitute 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks for the chopped chocolate squares, if desired.
