Cappuccino Cream Cheese Brownies

Cappuccino flavored brownies with the added goodness of cream cheese.

4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 1/3 cups granulated (white) sugar, divided
5 eggs, divided
3 tablespoons instant coffee, any variety
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil; cooking spray or butter.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in 2 cups sugar. Add 4 eggs, coffee granules and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1 1/4 cups flour; spread onto bottom of prepared baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, remaining egg, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon in same bowl until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls over brownie batter; swirl gently with knife.

Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
