Double Peanut Butter Brownies II

Boost the flavor of a fudge brownie by adding a topping consisting of sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips and roasted peanuts.

3 dozen brownies

Ingredients

1 (19.5 ounce) package Pillsbury® Classic Traditional Fudge Brownie
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 cup (6 ounces) peanut butter chips
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with Pan Release or baking spray with flour.

In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs and water. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle peanut butter chips evenly over top. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over chips. Sprinkle with peanuts, pressing down into top.

Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cool thoroughly. Cut into bars.

Additional Information

Do not add oil to brownie mixture.
