Praline Brownies

Chock full of nuts with a hint of vanilla, these Praline Brownies will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

Brownie Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines® Milk Chocolate Chunk Decadent Brownie Mix
1 large egg
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pecans

Topping Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan with Pan Release or baking spray with flour.

For brownies: Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil and 1/2 cup pecans in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread in pan.

Bake for 30 to 33 minutes. Remove from oven.

For topping: Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup pecans, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract in small bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended. Spread over hot brownies. Return to oven.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until topping is set. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
