Banana Berry Brownie Pizza

This dessert is delicious in June and early July when you can use fresh local strawberries. The fruit lightens up the rich chocolate taste and pleases everyone.

Crust Ingredients

1 (19.8 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
1/3 cup boiling water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Topping Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium firm banana, sliced
1 (1 ounce) square semi-sweet chocolate, melted


Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with Pan Release or baking spray with flour.

In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil and egg until well blended. Spread into prepared pizza pan.

Bake for 25 minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until combined. Spread over brownie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes longer or until topping is set. Cool on a wire cooling rack.

Just before serving, arrange strawberries and bananas over topping; drizzle with chocolate.

Total Time: 1 hour


Refrigerate leftovers.
