Strawberry Parfait II


6 to 8 servings


2 to 3 pints fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
16 ounces vanilla yogurt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons lemon juice
whipped topping


Combine yogurt, cream cheese and lemon juice and mix well. Place about 1/4 cup of mixture at the bottom of each parfait glass (6 to 8) or clear glasses, followed by strawberries and more yogurt mixture. Finish with strawberries and top with whipped topping.
