Yum-Yum Cranberry Parfait

A sweet way to use any leftover cranberries and pie.


4 servings


1 cup cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
leftover pie


Combine leftover cranberry sauce and whipped topping in a 1 to 1 ratio. Mix well and place in freezer until partially frozen. Remove before completely frozen.

Place a layer of pie in a parfait glass, then a layer of topping; repeat. Place a final layer of topping over last layer.
