Chocolate Ganache

Add a delicious shiny finish to your brownies, cake or cupcakes with this ganache that is made in your microwave.


2 cups


2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup whipping cream


In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips and whipping cream at HIGH (100%) power 30 seconds. Stir mixture. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Pour over brownies, cake or cupcakes. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
