Pineapple Icing

This delicious icing is wonderful on Lemon Delight cake.

Yield

enough to cover a 13 x 9-inch cake

Ingredients

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Stir together the pineapple and instant pudding mix in a medium bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Frost cooled cake.
