Raspberry Cream Cheese Icing

This fluffy raspberry cream cheese frosting is made with cream cheese, raspberry and frozen whipped topping.


about 3 cups


6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 drops red food coloring (optional)


In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the raspberry jam until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, and add the food coloring if desired.
