Butter Cookie Crust

Yield

1 9" crust

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups finely crumbled vanilla wafers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C). Finely grind vanilla wafers in food processor or blender. In a medium bowl combine the cookie crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon; mix until well blended. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate or springform pan. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden. Cool before using.
