Roasted Peanut Graham Cracker Crust


1 9" pie crust


3/4 cups dry-roasted peanuts, ground
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted


Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C). In a medium mixing bowl, combine nuts, crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well. Press crust mixture onto the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool completely before using.
