Classic Caesar Salad II

A fresh Caesar dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and anchovies is tossed with romaine, croutons and Parmesan cheese in this signature salad.

1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped anchovy fillets
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Beat oil, garlic, juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in anchovies.

Pour over lettuce in large salad bowl; toss to coat.

Add croutons and cheese; mix lightly.
