Caesar Potato Salad with Bacon

This potato salad containing bacon bits has a dressing made with caesar dressing and yogurt instead of the typical mayo-mustard dressing.


8 servings (1/2 cup each)


1 pound new potatoes (about 6), quartered, cooked and cooled
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup real bacon bits (e.g. OSCAR MAYER)
1/4 cup classic Caesar dressing (e.g. KRAFT)
1/4 cup Greek strained nonfat yogurt (e.g. ATHENOS)


Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Additional Information

Garnish with 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives.
