Classic Chicken Caesar Salad

This classic salad, served with a whole wheat roll and glass of fat-free milk, makes a quick-and-easy meal.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Cook and stir chicken in 1/4 cup dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until chicken is done.

Toss greens with chicken, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.

Add remaining dressing just before serving; mix lightly.

Garlic Lover's Salad: Cut garlic clove in half; rub cut-edges onto inside of serving bowl before adding the prepared salad.

Vegetable Lover's Salad: Toss salad with pitted black olives or plum tomato wedges in addition to the other salad ingredients.

On-the-Go Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap: Prepare salad as directed; spoon onto flour tortillas, then roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. This is also a great way to use any leftover salad.
