Butterscotch Sauce

Serve this buttery rich butterscotch sauce over ice cream or other favorite dessert.


3/4 cup


1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter


Combine brown sugar, whipping cream and butter in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved (5 to 6 minutes).
