Corn Chip Pie

Piping hot turkey chili is served over a bed of salty corn chips in this quick and hearty meal.

1 (15 ounce) can turkey chili (such as Hormel®)
1 ounce corn chips (such as Fritos®)
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons sour cream


Heat turkey chili in a saucepan over medium-high heat until hot, 6 to 7 minutes. Place corn chips in a large bowl and spread the turkey chili on top. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and onion over the chili, and top with a dollop of sour cream.
